ILOILO CITY — The Iloilo City Traffic and Transportation Management Office (ICTTMO) has announced traffic rerouting and partial road closures starting 1 p.m. today for the “Trillion Peso March,” a foot parade and prayer rally set to pass through major thoroughfares in the city.
