EDSA AT 40 LOOK: Rallyists have begun gathering at EDSA White Plains and EDSA Shrine before 8 a.m. on Wednesday for the 40th anniversary of the People Power Revolution. Around 200 rallyists were at EDSA Shrine, while 100 gathered at EDSA White Plains, according to MMDA.
