Netizens praised the KIIFB road's quality for its infrastructure after Bollywood actor Milind Soman went barefoot for a 22 km long run. The run was organised by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) to promote tourism in the state. Netizens noticed that the road looked even and like a properly executed road project.
