Wolt has launched change negotiations in Finland that affect up to 45 roles, with a reduction need of no more than 30 positions. The talks cover international staff based in Finland and exclude couriers. At the same time, the company will close operations in Japan and Uzbekistan after a review of its global business strategy. The food delivery platform said the talks relate to changes in its international structure. The aim is to simplify its operating model and clarify decision making across markets.
