MANILA, Philippines — Filipinos can now obtain vital civil registry documents digitally following the launch by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) of its e-certificate service on Wednesday. Powered by PSAHelpline.ph, the fully digital service allows citizens to request e-certificates that carry the same full legal authority as traditional PSA-issued certificates.
