The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, Dr. Victor Asare Bampoe, has announced that government will soon launch the much-anticipated Free Primary Health Care Initiative to guarantee basic healthcare access for all Ghanaians with or without an NHIS card.
