ILOILO CITY, Philippines — The 40th anniversary of the Edsa People Power Revolution concluded peacefully in Iloilo City on Wednesday, highlighted by a massive but orderly assembly, according to the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO). The “Trillion Peso March” drew at least 2,000 participants by police estimates. They converged at Jaro Plaza for the culminating event, after marching about four kilometers from the provincial capitol grounds.
