MANILA, Philippines — Today marks the third day of the confirmation of charges hearing in the crimes against humanity case against former President Rodrigo Duterte before the International Criminal Court. Prosecutors have laid out their arguments seeking to establish substantial grounds to believe Duterte is responsible for thousands of killings linked to his anti-drug campaign.
