MANILA, Philippines — Megaworld Corp. posted a record net income of P24 billion in 2025, up 11 percent from the previous year, driven by steady growth across its leasing, hotel and residential businesses. In a statement on Thursday, the Andrew Tan-led property giant said consolidated revenues had risen by 5 percent to nearly P86 billion, supported by the continued expansion of its recurring income portfolio and healthy residential sales performance.
