ILOILO CITY — Jose Nereo Cajilig Lujan, head of the Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO) of the Iloilo Provincial Government, voluntarily surrendered to authorities on Wednesday after confirming that a warrant of arrest had been issued against him for two counts of cyber libel. Lujan said he posted P48,000 bail for each count after the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 38 of the Sixth Judicial Region, presided over by Judge Judita Patriarca Nafarrete, issued the warrant.
