MANILA, Philippines — More than 70 LGBTQIA+ artists, activists and cultural workers from across Southeast Asia will gather in Quezon City from February 26 to 28 for a regional summit aimed at advancing art as a tool for human rights advocacy within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean).
