KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 26 (Bernama) -- Enforcement action taken by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) against the stall for the Street Dakwah programme in Bukit Bintang was not linked to preaching activities, but was due to public complaints over the installation of a canopy.
