CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando went about his official duties at the Bulacan Capitol on Thursday amid the controversy over an alleged road rage incident involving his convoy and a son of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) last Feb. 21. The governor led the distribution of youth scholarships, assisted by Vice Gov. Alexis Castro.
