Round three - Iranian delegation arrives at Omani mission for latest US nuclear talks

"The Iranian delegation arrived at the Omani ambassador's residence in Geneva for the latest US nuclear talks on Thursday. It marks the third round of the most recent set of talks, with Oman mediating indirect discussions between the US and Iranian sides. The second round was also held in Geneva, with the first in Oman. On Tuesday, Donald Trump claimed "they've already developed missiles that can threaten Europe and our bases overseas, and they're working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States of America. They want to make a deal, but we haven't heard those secret words. 'We will never have a nuclear weapon." Iran has repeatedly insisted it isn't working to make such weapons.  It comes amid a huge US military buildup in the Middle East, amid reports that Donald Trump could still be set to launch strikes on Iran. He appeared to step back from the brink last month. Tehran accused Trump of escalating and inflaming economic protests in the country in December and January, after he called on people to 'keep protesting' and said 'help is on the way'. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei claimed some rioters were doing it to 'please' the US leader."
