Update | Westmoreland pump attendant accused of setting woman on fire granted $350,000 bail

The 30-year-old Westmoreland pump attendant accused of setting a woman on fire during an altercation at a gas station in Whithorn has been granted $350,000 bail with one or two sureties. Collate Swaby is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm. She was ordered to surrender her travel documents, and a stop order was imposed. Swaby is required to report to the Negril Police Station on Wednesdays and Saturdays. She was also instructed by the court not to interfere with the complainant or any witnesses in the case.
