LEGAZPI CITY – Police arrested 11 wanted persons in the Bicol Region in a one-day manhunt operation, the Police Regional Office 5 (PRO-5) reported Friday. PRO-5 chief Brig. Gen. Erosito Miranda said those apprehended included the Municipal Most Wanted Person of Police Station 1 in Naga City, who was arrested for rape.
