MANILA, Philippines — A South Korean drug suspect who escaped from custody last month was re-arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), but not without resistance, thanks to support from informants. Lee Jing Yu was presented by NBI chief Melvin Matibag, Bureau of Immigration (BI) chief Joel Anthony Viado, and other ranking officials at a press conference on Friday.
