Ethnobotanical center in Tarlac gets P5M donation from Korean firm

CAPAS, Tarlac — The South Korean-led Hann Philippines Inc. on Friday donated P5 million to build a multi-purpose pavilion at the 10-hectare Ayta Ethnobotanical Center in New Clark City. “This is a good start for your education, identity, culture and tradition and economic upliftment,” said Ana Christi Galura, executive director of Hann Foundation Inc., the corporate social responsibility arm of HPI. “We a part of this,” Galura said to around 30 Aeta and upland families gathered at the center in Sitio Binyayan in Barangay Camp O’ Donnel, Capas.
