A single online platform to manage teacher recruitment under the Ministry of Education has been proposed by MP Mohammed Al Olaiwi, covering staff for public and private schools, colleges, nurseries and other education providers. Al Olaiwi wants the ministry to oversee a central database for education recruitment, saying it would shift hiring away from filling gaps as they arise and towards planning based on clear numbers and trends.
