KARACHI: Business community said that they stand firmly with the Pakistan Armed Forces in their resolute efforts to safeguard our homeland against terrorism and extremism. Operation Ghazab lil-Haq reflects the state’s unwavering commitment to eliminate Fitna Al Khawarij and all elements that threaten the peace, stability, and economic future of our country. Saquib Fayaz Magoon, Senior Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and Chairman Businessmen Panel Progressive (BMPP), has announced full and unwavering support for Pakistan’s Operation Ghazab lil-Haq in light of the recent tensions and cross-border provocations allegedly arising from the Afghan Taliban government along the Pak-Afghan border. He stated that the entire business community stands like a solid wall alongside the brave Armed Forces of Pakistan. He said the Armed Forces demonstrated exceptional professionalism, timely intelligence coordination, and an effective strategy to neutralize hostile designs. The operation, he emphasised, was essential to safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national dignity. Saquib Fayyaz Magoon further stated that elements operating at the behest of India and proxy networks are attempting to destabilise the region. However, the Armed Forces of Pakistan have thwarted these conspiracies with remarkable effectiveness, which is a source of reassurance and pride for the entire nation. He added that economic stability and the continuity of business activities are closely linked to peace and security. Therefore, the business community fully supports all steps taken in the interest of national security. FPCCI, as the apex representative body of trade and industry, remains fully aligned with state policies and believes that promoting national unity at this critical juncture is of paramount importance. In conclusion, Saquib Fayyaz Magoon paid tribute to the martyrs and security personnel, stating that the entire nation stands firmly with its Armed Forces and will not hesitate to make any sacrifice for the defense, sovereignty, and stability of Pakistan. The President of Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), Muhammad Ikram Rajput, has welcomed the Pakistan Army’s operation “Ghazab lil-Haq” launched in response to the unprovoked actions and attacks by the Afghan Taliban regime targetting Pakistani Borders, including incidents of targeting civilians and a mosque. Rajput strongly condemned the attacks and announced full support for the operation, stating that there could be no compromise on Pakistan’s security, sovereignty and stability. He said the business community appreciates the armed forces’ decisive response under the leadership of Asim Munir. Rajput said the business community stands shoulder to shoulder with the government and the country’s armed forces in every step taken for national defence. He noted that Pakistan Armed Forces have consistently defended the country’s ideological and geographical borders and made unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. He emphasized that national unity and cohesion are critical under the current circumstances, adding that the business community would extend all possible cooperation in the national interest. According to Rajput, peace and security are essential for economic stability, as terrorism and unrest inflict severe damage not only on human lives but also on economic activity. KATI president said the business community would support all decisive measures against anti-state elements and urged the government to take stakeholders into confidence on national security matters while adopting a coordinated strategy to strengthen internal stability and sustain economic progress. Rajput added that the timely action by the armed forces has boosted the morale of the nation, including traders and industrialists. He called on citizens to demonstrate solidarity with Pakistan’s military and remain united for the country’s security and stability, urging the public not to fall prey to hostile agendas or disruptive elements.
