Samantha Panlilio appeared on Friday, Feb. 27, before the National Bureau of Investigation-Homicide Division (NBI) through her legal counsel following a subpoena issued in connection with assault and illegal detention allegations filed against her and her celebrity friends, Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos.  In a statement sent to Inquirer Entertainment, Panlilio’s lawyers said their client presented herself before the NBI following the issuance of the subpoena related to Ramos’ personal driver, Bonifacio Baro, alias Totoy, who accused them of illegal detention and maltreatment.  The lawyers, Buenaventura B.
