MANILA, Philippines — The Cabagan-Sta. Maria Bridge in Isabela will be reopened to motorists on Monday, March 2, over a year after one of its segments collapsed due to overloading. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Cagayan Valley on Friday said that “vehicles with up to 3 tons gross vehicle weight (GVW) and 2.5 meters overhead height” would be allowed to pass through the bridge.
