MANILA, Philippines — The Cabagan-Sta. Maria Bridge in Isabela will be reopened to motorists on Monday, March 2, over a year after one of its segments collapsed due to overloading.  The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Cagayan Valley on Friday said that “vehicles with up to 3 tons gross vehicle weight (GVW) and 2.5 meters overhead height” would be allowed to pass through the bridge.  The DPWH Cagayan Valley said the local government units of Cabagan and Sta.
