When India struck terrorist facilities in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK) in ‘Operation Sindoor’, the element of surprise was such that Pakistan’s military could not mount a response for 50 minutes, military analyst Tom Cooper said.
