The National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory at 5:48 a.m. on Saturday in effect until 8 a.m. for Calhoun, Cleburne, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Clay, Randolph, Chilton, Coosa, Tallapoosa, Chambers, Dallas, Autauga, Lowndes, Elmore, Montgomery, Macon, Bullock, Lee, Russell, Pike and Barbour counties.
