ILOILO CITY — Colorfully-dressed performers conquered the roads of this city on Saturday during the staging of “Sinamba sa Regatta” street dance and parade, one of the highlights of the ongoing 53rd Iloilo Paraw Regatta Festival. Portions of major roads in the city’s downtown area were temporarily closed starting 3 p.m. to give way to the parade.
