Vietnam has expressed deep concern over the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran in the Middle East, calling on all parties to show the utmost restraint, cease all escalatory actions, and respect countries' sovereignty, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
