BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Thirty colorful floats paraded down Session Road on Sunday, marking the 30th edition of the Panagbenga Festival and capping a monthlong celebration that has become one of the country’s premier tourism events. Leading the procession was Baguio Rep. Mauricio Domogan, carrying the Panagbenga festival staff.
