SOME areas in the National Capital Region (NCR), Rizal, and Cavite provinces will have scheduled water interruptions this week due to maintenance works and high demand, Manila Water and Maynilad said on Sunday. For Manila Water, some of its Metro Manila service areas, including parts of Forbes Park Village in Makati City, will have water interruptions from March 2-3 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to system leak repairs at the corner of Anahaw St. and Agoho St. Also, some areas in Brgy. Lorenzo, Makati will have service interruptions from March 5-6 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of zero-pressure testing of a nearby water system. In Quezon City, some locations in Brgy. South Triangle will have no water from March 3-4 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for step-testing activities to detect possible system leaks. In Taguig City, portions of Brgy. Comembo and Brgy. Pembo interruption will be from March 4-5 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to step-testing works. Then, in Pasig City, some parts of Brgy. Pinagbuhatan will experience water interruptions from March 4-5 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to zero-pressure testing of a nearby system. In Mandaluyong City, some portions of Brgy. New Zaniga will have no water from March 4-5 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for zero-pressure testing. Then, in San Juan City, some areas in the villages of Batis and Kabayanan will have no water from March 4-5 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line meter declogging activities. In the city of Manila, some areas in Brgy. 877 will have no water on March 5 between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. for step testing works. In Rizal, some areas in Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo, will have service interruptions from March 2-3 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for zero-pressure testing. Some locations in the villages of Libis, Libid, Layunan, and Lunsad in Binangonan will experience water cuts from March 3-4 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. for step-testing activities to detect possible leaks. Some places in Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan will also have service interruptio ns from March 4-5 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to step-testing works. Lastly, for Manila Water, some parts of Brgy. Bagumbayan and Eastridge Village in Binangonan and Angono, Rizal will have no water on March 5 between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. due to zero- pressure testing activities. Maynilad For Maynilad, some areas in Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City will have no water interruptions on March 2 between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. due to pump curve validation to detect issues. In Caloocan City, some locations in Villages 36, 39, 189, 190, 191, 193, 194, and 196 will have no water from March 2-8 each day between 12 a.m. and 3 a.m. due to leak exploration activities. In Manila City, several villages in Binondo, Tondo, Pandacan, Sampaloc, and Santa Cruz will have no water from March 2-8 daily between 12:01 a.m. and 3 a.m. for leak exploration activities. Still in Manila, the villages of 287, 402, 421, 423, 425, 429, 432, 434, 436, 438, 439, and 447 to 449 will have no water from March 2-3 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance works at M. Dela Fuente St. corner J. Fajardo St. In Valenzuela City, some areas in the villages of Gen. T. De Leon, Karuhatan, Malinta, Marulasan, Maysan, and Parada will again have scheduled water interruptions on March 2, 3, and 5, and March 6 between 12:02 a.m. and 4 a.m. due to network maintenance activities. In Quezon City, some areas in the villages of Bagbag, Nagkaisang Nayon, San Bartolome, Sauyo, and Talipapa will have service interruptions from March 2-3, between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for pressure-testing activities. Some areas in Brgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Quezon City will have no water from March 3-4 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for pressure-testing activities at Queensland. Still in Quezon City, some places in Brgy. Holy Spirit will have no water from March 2-3 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to interconnection works. Some locations in the villages of Nagkaisang Nayon, Nova Proper, and San Agustin, Quezon City will have no water on March 3 between 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. due to decommissioning activities. In Cavite, several villages in Bacoor, Imus, Kawit, and Novelta in Cavite; several villages in Las Piñas; and the villages of Baclaran and Tambo in Parañaque City will have no water on March 2-3 and also on March 4-5 between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. because of the Pagcor Pumping Station and Reservoir undergoing scheduled facility maintenance. Lastly, several places in the villages of Alapan 1-C, Anabu 1-A, Anabu 1-B, Anabu 1-C, Anabu 1-D, Anabu 1-E, Anabu 1-F, Anabu 2-A, Anabu 2-B, Anabu 2-C, Anabu 2-D, Anabu 2-E, Bayan Luma 1, Bayan Luma 2, Bayan Luma 3, Bayan Luma 4, Bayan Luma 5, Bayan Luma 6, Bayan Luma 7, Bayan Luma 8, Bayan Luma 9, Bucandala 3, Bucandala 4, Bucandala 5, Carsadang Bago 1, Carsadang Bago 2, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang 1-B, Malagasang 1-C, Malagasang 1-D, Malagasang 1-E, Malagasang 1-F, Malagasang 1-G, Medicion 1-B, Poblacion 3-B, Poblacion 4-B, Poblacion 4-D, and Tanzang Luma 6 will have no water on March 2-4 between 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. because of issues of high demand at the Patindig Araw pumping station.
