President Trump on Sunday posted a video trolling 84-year-old Senator Mitch McConnell for his cognitive decline and his refusal to support the SAVE Act to require voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote.  The House passed the SAVE Act last month, sending it to the Senate for consideration before Trump can sign it into law.
