MANILA, Philippines — The House committee on justice on Monday began its deliberations on the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte to determine if they are sufficient in form and substance. The complaints against Duterte  were filed separately by the Makabayan coalition, composed of the Kabataan, Gabriela and ACT Teachers party list groups, lawyer Nathaniel Cabrera and civil society groups.
