PNP chief defends use of motor escorts for VIPs

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Monday defended the agency’s use of motorcycle escorts to secure VIPs in transit. This followed Senate public order committee chairperson Sen.
