PUTRAJAYA, March 2 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is taking action over the re-circulation of a 2024 video involving an incident in Singapore that contains content deemed insulting to Islam, including an act of stepping on the Quran.
