MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5 earthquake jolted Iloilo early Monday evening, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. Phivolcs reported that the earthquake occurred at 6:13 p.m., with its epicenter 6 kilometers northeast of Tigbauan, Iloilo.
