The US military on Monday announced that a fourth American service member had been killed in the war on Iran.“As of 7:30 am ET (1130 GMT), March 2, four US service members have been killed in action,” the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a statement on X.“The fourth service member, who was seriously wounded during Iran's initial attacks, eventually succumbed to their injuries,”“Major combat operations continue and our response effort is ongoing,” CENTCOM added in the statement.
