The Caribbean Climate Outlook Forum (CariCOF) says continued, unusual warmth in the Tropical North Atlantic Ocean implies the occurrence of severe weather activity as soon as April in southern Belize, the Guianas, the Greater Antilles and mountainous areas of the Lesser Antilles.
