PH SESANGS had the best time as Kim Sejeong marked her return to Manila for her fan concert ‘Tenth Letter’ at the New Frontier Theater on February 21.  Two years after her last visit to the Philippines, Sejeong made sure that it would be a night to remember for her Filipino fans.
