MANILA, Philippines—Rural groups led by peasant group Anakpawis staged a protest at a gasoline station in Quezon City on Tuesday, March 3, as fuel prices rose for the ninth straight week, accusing oil firms of using the escalating Middle East conflict to justify higher pump prices.
