TACLOBAN CITY — Rescuers recovered the body of the second missing teenager, Kyle Baguinon, Monday afternoon, March 2, along the coastline of Calico-an Island in Guiuan, Eastern Samar, days after he and another minor were swept away by powerful waves. The 1:48 p.m. recovery at Sungi Point in Barangay Sulangan was later confirmed by his family, according to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Guiuan.
