TACLOBAN CITY — A public school teacher was killed Tuesday morning, March 3, when a truck allegedly lost control and struck the motorcycle she was riding in Ormoc City, Leyte. The crash occurred at 7:10 a.m. near the Leyte V Electric Cooperative office in Barangay San Pablo, according to local police and eyewitnesses.
