Rockwell Land cleared to raise up to P10B from bond issue

MANILA, Philippines – Rockwell Land Corp. has secured regulatory clearance to raise up to P10 billion from the public offering of fixed-rate bonds, marking the first tranche of its P20-billion shelf-registered debt program. The Lopez-led developer told the exchange on Tuesday it had received the order of registration and certificate of permit to offer securities for sale from the Securities and Exchange Commission for the issuance.
