"Moscow developers demonstrated a cutting edge portable drone interceptor -'Yolka' - on Tuesday. Footage shows the operator aiming the device at a training UAV that closely resembled a real drone. The video also captures the moment of the interception, which saw the target break into multiple pieces. Developers can also be seen demonstrating the process of deploying and preparing the 'Yolka' for use. The drone can reach speeds of up to 230 kilometres per hour and strike targets at a distance of more than three kilometres. The system is fully autonomous and designed to protect military and civilian infrastructure from airborne threats. 'Yolka' is manufactured in Moscow and has been successfully used in border areas and the Ukraine conflict. "
