FAISALABAD: PTCL and Ufone organised their annual Iftar dinner for friends of print and electronic media on Monday at local hotel. Senior journalists from the print and electronic media of Faisalabad participated in full force. On this occasion, Amir Pasha Group Director PR, Media, CSR and Corporate Communication, PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Muhammad Awais, Media Manager, Asiatic Public Relations Network welcomed the guests. Talking to journalists, Amir Pasha said that very soon, like other countries, the people of Pakistan will also benefit from the facility of the fastest technology 5G, for which Ufone has completed its preparations. He said that all telecommunication companies are making their own preparations regarding 5G, and indeed, those who do not prepare will be left behind. He said that we are hopeful and confident that Ufone will meet the expectations of its customers and will provide the best possible service in the coming days. Amir Pasha said that PTCL and Ufone organised this Iftar dinner every year to further strengthen the bond of love and trust that we have with the journalist community and the public. He said that indeed, new avenues open up through meetings and discussions and further improvement in work comes. Muhammad Awais said that we are grateful to the journalist community who took out their valuable time to participate in our Iftar dinner. He said that there is no doubt that it is very difficult to maintain a relationship with the public without the media, it is the media that plays an important role in bringing our voice to the public. At the end of the programme, gifts were distributed to the journalists and other dignitaries who attended the Iftar dinner organised by PTCL and Ufone, for which the journalists thanked Amir Pasha and Muhammad Awais.
