MANILA, Philippines — A new partnership between Globe Telecom’s enterprise arm and global technology company Aeris is expected to accelerate growth in the Philippines’ fledgling Internet of Things (IoT) market. In a report, Fitch Solutions unit BMI said Globe Business, the corporate division of Globe Telecom, is positioning itself “to capture early growth in the Philippines’ nascent IoT market” through its alliance with US-based Aeris.
