MANILA, Philippines — Cebu-based Top Line Business Development Corp. posted a double-digit profit growth in 2025 on the back of stronger fuel volume sales. In a disclosure Wednesday, the company said its net income had jumped 21 percent to P120.29 million from P99.44 million a year ago.
