"An Iranian Red Crescent paramedic said in a video filmed at Bushehr Hospital on Tuesday that "the US and Israel targeted" the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and that staff were evacuating patients. Footage shows heavy damage inside the neonatal unit and premature babies in incubators. Iran's Health Ministry has said Tehran's Gandhi Hospital was evacuated after it was hit by a missile amid escalating strikes on the capital. Iranian media reported that 10 hospitals and ambulance centres have been targeted since the start of the war. The Iranian Red Crescent said the death toll from US-Israeli airstrikes has risen to 787. The US and Israel first attacked Iran on Saturday morning, with airstrikes continuing on Sunday and Monday. Tehran said it was responding with strikes on Israel and US assets in the region, with strikes reported in countries right across the Gulf region. The US side confirmed six deaths of military personnel on Monday. Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was confirmed dead in a strike on Saturday. It comes after a number of rounds of talks between the Americans and Iranians."
