Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs539,962 after a decline of Rs10,000 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs462,930 after it fell by Rs8,573, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Tuesday , gold price per tola reached Rs549,962 after a drop of Rs13,900 during the day. The international rate of gold declined by $100 to reach $5,172 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs100 to reach Rs9,004 per tola.
