MANILA, Philippines — A Korean national fraudulently posing as a Filipino and wanted for a phishing scam is now facing deportation proceedings after being arrested by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) last week, the agency said Wednesday. According to the BI, 40-year-old Moon Hayoung was arrested during an enforcement operation on February 26, 2023, in Barangay Palamis, Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
