Prime Minister Hun Manet has explained how Cambodia is proactively promoting trade with key partners, particularly the US and China. At the same time, Cambodia is negotiating to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), in order to
