TACLOBAN CITY — Albuera town in Leyte province takes a significant step in its anti-drug campaign with the launch of its Balay Silangan Reformation Center on Tuesday, March 3, in a ceremony led by Mayor Rolan “Kerwin” Espinosa. The facility, located in Barangay Canlalin 1, Poblacion, is the sixth to be established in Leyte province.
