Four persons were arrested on Tuesday after a vessel laden with a large quantity of ganja was intercepted by the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Coast Guard offshore Manchester. In a statement, the JDF said the weed weighed more than 2,286.75 pounds and has an estimated street value of approximately $45 million. The vessel was intercepted southwest of Long Bay Beach in Manchester.
